BIKE RIDE | Gourmet and fun ride around Aire-sur-la-Lys

Accompanied by Sylvain, a qualified cycling instructor, embark on a 2-hour ride that's all about games, challenges... and local produce!

Along the way, take up a series of fun challenges on your bike: balance, precision, agility or coordination... Each successful challenge brings you a little closer to the final reward. There's no performance or pressure here: you play, you test, you laugh, and everyone participates in their own way.

Between two challenges, take the time to enjoy the scenery and atmosphere of the places you pass through, in a free and friendly approach.

As the walk progresses, your "aperitif" will gradually take shape: challenges met, stages completed, team spirit... until you reach the final goal together, a well-deserved aperitif with local flavours, to be shared as a group to prolong this moment of pleasure and conviviality.

Don't forget sportswear suitable for the activity and the weather conditions, a water bottle, a helmet and a bike in good working order.

Level required: be able to control your bike independently and know the basics of the highway code.
